What indicates the promotion part?

For pilgrimage i guess its presence of 1st lord Venus in 9th?

 

Also for Libra asc if the prime & secondary determinants for

profession are strong, unafflicted and well placed but the Sun is weak

- so will the native face difficulties in his professional life or

will have difficulties in finding a job?

Hello Himanshu,

 

The strong Sun, Jupiter and Saturn help for professional matters in the next

week. If the natal Sun is strong or at least well placed with over 60% strength,

there are good chances of finding a job.
