with regard to the above referenced Sutra 1?

 

What remedial measures should be used to strengthen the MMP and for

how long?

 

Can this rare situation also come up with the other FM planets in a

chart?

IT SHOULD PREFERABLY NOT BE A SLOW MOVING PLANET. IT CAN BE USED ONLY IN LIFE

SAVING SITUATIONS.

What remedial measures should be used to strengthen the MMP and for

how long?

BOTH SPL KAVACH AND GEM STONE CAN BE USED AS PER NECESSITY.

Can this rare situation also come up with the other FM planets in a

chart?

YES.
