Guest guest
Dear , My business partner and I are forming an LLC in a foreign country to begin at the March 21 mahurta, but everything in this country is closed that day for a national holiday. Also, there is no place on the application to specify an effective date and time. Should we simply include a letter with our application, stating that we wish the corporation to become effective at the appointed date and time (based on the right time for that area)? Or would it be better to sign the application during the mahurta in the time zone where we'll be (far away from where the corporation is being formed). My concern with that is that our application never actually goes to the foreign country; it goes to a broker here in the U.S., who then fills out a different set of papers to send to the foreign country. Thank you very much for your help! Namaste, Jennifer
