Your prediction hit the mark - I have fallen ill with heat-related issues.

 

For Virgos, I suspect the below TRs are worse than for other Ascendants -

 

- as the Sun being 12th Lord has entered our 6th House (conjunct Station Rahu,

who is also in 6th House)

 

 

- this problem of 12th Lord Sun entering 6th House is further compounded by

Virgos' 6th Lord Saturn currently being in our 12th House -
