Dear Guruji and list members,

Pranams.

Please advise me on what are the key parameters that one

should look, for while electing a good time/date [date

because following the exact time may not be practically

possible] to file a complaint or court case, so that the

judgement can be in the native's favour, based on this

aspect?

How will such matters be decided for an Aquarius ascendant

with 6L Mo 8'17 " in 2H @ 50% MEP [afflicting] where 6H is

free from any afflictions or bad aspects, and, even bereft

of any good aspects?

Thanks and warm regards,

B. Karthik

RULES FOR ELECTING A MUHURATA ARE SAME FOR ALL ASPECTS. 6L IN 2ND HOUSE

AFFLICTS THE 2H. SO 6L NEEDS TO BE PROPITIATED.

Dear Karthik,

It will be a good idea to avoid Rahu kals in a day

shall be avoided they vary from day to day.

Also your date of birth will be appreciated to

actually know which maha dasha & antar dasha is in

progress of your chart.

Correct me Guruji if I am wrong.

Cheers

Rahul

Hello Rahul,

Rahu Kal does not matter at all in electing a good muhurata. In fact Rahu

Kal is just of little significance.

Best wishes.
