Guest guest Posted February 10, 2008 Report Share Posted February 10, 2008 Dear professor Choudhry and respected group members, In 2004 I started a foundation with 2 friends to help find artists a reasonable priced studio and take care of the maintenance of a collective artist studio building. Since September 2007 we are under severe attack of our group of people who rent individual spaces from our foundation. On the one hand we've been extremely successful in realizing our goal; we've always had full support from the local government, political parties and high officials in the arts. Also money was pouring in due to our efforts too set up a saving deposit to help pay for remodeling of the artists building and fund art projects. This in contrast to getting support from the people we've worked for (our renters). They are pestering us to share the money with them as individuals and not spend it on remodeling for all of us. Not spend the money on our expense accounts, like phonebills etc. To give up our positions as board members (which I'm very happy to do) And least but not least to deny us from having a studio space ourselfs. The owner seems to work with them to realize at least that last part. Big question is: how and when will this end? How should I see the relationship between us (1 house) -although it is an organisation it is in our name since we are the founders - versus the group (7th house or 11th house?) And does the owner of the building who in turn we rent the complete space from represent the 7th house? They also afflict the houses they aspect. The lord of the ascendant is in the house of conflicts. The lord of the house of income is in the house of obstructions. Currently, the sub period of the lord of the ascendant is running and from June, 2008, the sub period of the most malefic planet is likely to start. So, the time is quite difficult and not on your side. You can settle this to be best offer you can get and later can in a good time start afresh.
