I think there might be problem with your latitude, it is South latitude. (most

of us are calculating the North Latitude)

My software give the Time zone +4.00. But some software give the Time Zone

+3.00.

There must be some mistake . So, I think we need to confirm on this.

Dear Khin, David and list members:

 

I'm a bit confused on which time zone is correct ... the Astrodienst

website gives a +3:00 W time zone for Pereria Barreto, Brazil which

would result in the Capricorn rising sign, but the time zone +4:00

would give the Aquarius rising sign assigned to this blind chart

reading ... perhaps I am using the Astrodienst incorrectly? Any help

in understanding this situation would be most appreciated.
