Hi Khin,

 

Here's my assessment - thanks for the interesting challenges.

 

Natal Chart.

The Moon is very weak in infancy and debilitated representing mind and

emotions and ruling the house of mind and emotions and discernment. 5th

house is afflicted by Venus bringing further obstruction to mind, emotions,

romance, education, and speculative ventures. Presence of un-afflicting Ketu

and aspect of Rahu also adds miseries. Mercury is exalted in its own MT

sign, combust, and in infancy (~30%) Sun is in old age (~50%) in its own

sign. So I would say this person can function mentally but is easily

overthrown emotionally by events.

 

Mars in 6th brings disputes to family and accumulation of wealth and to

speech. Saturn is in infancy, its MT sign is afflicted by Sun and its house

of placement is ruled by a weak Venus this placement brings loss,

separation, and disputes to relationships. Jupiter is in infancy in the 4th

house ruling the 10th of profession. Could work from home but not

successfully a weak Jupiter doesn't protect its significations - maybe no

moral compass - could make bad decisions at times. Jupiter/Moon sub period

at birth may indicate loss of mother at that time since bhukti would mean

Venus afflicting MT sign of the Moon was also active.

 

Time Period Saturn/Rahu was operating since 30-Mar-1971

At the time of the event Rahu is not afflicting houses or planets. Saturn

has several triple transit relationships to look at.

 

Summary

The native's mind would have been under extreme tension due to 5th house

affliction from transit Saturn, affliction to Transit Moon from Natal Rahu,

weakness of Moon's transit dispositer (Mercury) due to debilitation and

affliction from Natal Ketu. Saturn moving at about 5' per day was closing in

on MEP of 4 houses, and Transit Sun and Venus were afflicting each other and

Natal Saturn and vice versa. Transit Saturn in addition to afflicting 3rd,

5th, 9th, and 12th houses also afflicts Natal Venus.

 

Mutual Affliction of 6th and 8th lords in the 2nd house and both of those

afflicting and being afflicted by Natal Saturn in 8th means a lot of

activity around family and personal bonds of marriage. Saturn is the active

Maha Dasa ruler so it seems there would be loss (12th house ruler) of life

(8th house ruler) in the family of the native. Since the Sun (6th ruler) is

involved this could add the element of a dispute and/or violence from a fire

or an explosion. Also it is possible the native initiated the event since

the Native is represented by Mars for a Pisces rising sign since it rules

the 2nd house and there is no MT in 1st or 3rd. Mars is weak and rules the

2nd containing Sun and Venus in transit and afflicting Natal Saturn 8th.

Transit Mars entered debilitation sign in Navamsha the day before event.

AS 25°30 Piscies /Moon 0°04 Scorpio

 

15 /04/1973 : Saturne / Rahu together malefic

in natal Saturne ( general significator for death ) is in VIII

exalted but in infancy ( 2°18 Libra )

Saturne afflicted ( 6°03) MEP AS ;IV ;VII and IX

Venus lord VIII (dispositor of Saturne ) is closed to MEP V (

1°06) and afflicted MEP XI Moon ( lord V ;mental ,emotion ) is very

weak closed to MEP VIII but in house IX which is afflicted

Mercury ( mental faculties ) is well placed in its moolatrikona but

is combust and afflicted by lord VI( 5°46) and afflicted by Rahu (

5°16)and Saturne afflict MEP mool of Mercury

There is no mool in AS so I think Mars can signifie the native

Mars is in VI that `isn't good

I think this native is attracted to death and violence

In transit Saturn T 23°18 Taurus afflicted MEP III ; Venus N and MEP

V ,IX( where is Moon natal lord V ) and XII

Rahu T in X ( 17°30 sagittarius ) compulsif behaviour ;its

dispositor Jupiter N is very weak ( in infancy)in house IV ( end of

A last blind test before next year....

 

In natal chart, Saturn, badly placed in the 8H of death and accidents, governs

the 12H of losses whose MEP is afflicted by FM Sun from the 6H.

Lord of 8H, Venus, weak by debilitated dispositor, afflicts 5H and 11H.

Mars, lord of 2H, governs close family members from the house of accidents.

 

On 15th april 1973, Saturn (losses) period and Rahu (sudden happenings)

subperiod are operating.

Natal Rahu is located in the 11H afflicted by MMP Venus.

Transit situation shows the following :

transit Saturn afflicts natal Venus, 3H (younger siblings), 5H (children) and 9H

(father).

Saturn in 8th, Rahu in 11th while 5th and 2nd houses are having

negative influences.

Something severely bad would have happened related with 2nd and 5th

house.

Dear list,

Thank you very much for your answer for Blind Chart (3),

The answer is :-

-The girl was brutally raped and stabbed with pen knife to death. And killer

was never found.

However, I, I can say that the bad thing related to sex would happened to her

but I could not pinpoint the exact answer if I treat it as blind chart.

 

-The finding are :

-Transit Saturn (MTL of H12) exactly afflicting the H3, H5, H9, H12

-Natal Venus (Signifinicator of sex, MTL of H8) was exactly afflicting by

Transit Saturn (MTL of H12 placed at H7)

-Natal Saturn (Signifinicator of longevity) was exactly afflicting by Transit

Sun (MTL of H6, placed at H6)

-H7, (singnificator of inner sex organ) was being closelyf afflicted by

Transit Sun (MTL of H6).

Thanks for the Answer.

 

Everything can now be understood. I , actually, remained quite

dependent upon the aspect of natal Jupiter over Natal Saturn, which

I thought will be a good live savior. Even now, I am really trying

to work out what made her weak with strong Sun and well placed

Mercury and Jupiter which would have failed to support during such

unfavorable circumstances.

 

It seems that the accused may be within the family on whom she might

be having good faith.
