how weak is a planet in debilitated navamsa

hello,

it is a common fact that a planet looses strength when it

occupies its debilitated navamsa.but what is the extent of weakness?

lets take an example -

 

suppose jupiter is placed in 12 degrees of gemini.the person has virgo

lagna.depositor mercury is placed in libra.but jupiter is placed in

makar navamsa.so how weak is the planet jupiter in the above

scenario.Please advise.
