Guest guest
My Dear Professor, I have a question that has long troubled me. That is the timing of legal matters. If I am subpeonaed, or deposed, or testify, and is the subpeona is served, or the testimony given or deposition is taken during a difficult planetary configuration (really bad muhurta), who is this good or bad for? In such cases there are opposing sides. If the opposing side serves me with papers, or takes the deposition or cross-examines me in court, you would think it would be bad for them and not work out real well. On the other hand, if the planets are in an ugly position when said things occur, then they are in a bad position for me, also. As an example, I will soon receive a subpeona and have to be deposed (meaning grilled under oath) by the thief's attorney in the criminal case we all discussed a few months ago. As we all know, the planets are NOT in as good mood. Question Does this mean things will not go well for the defense -- the side calling for the deposition. Or that they will not go well for me, who is being deposed, and the State of Iowa --the entity bringing charges and representing the claims of theft? Bear in mind things cannot go badly for both sides. If they go badly for one side, this is a win for the other side. Thank you for your help, I apologize for the long explanation. Guest guest
Hello Lila, Merely your being involved in a legal matter is the result of the difficult time. If you were personally involved things would have been further difficult for you. Further it cannot be seen - who will benefit? Best wishes. - <dmk Wednesday, October 17, 2007 11:30 PM legal timings My Dear Professor, I have a question that has long troubled me. That is the timing of legal matters.
