Kiefer Sutherland arrested on DUI in LA

Dear SATVANS,

 

Kiefer began L3 Saturn's subperiod on June 16th. Saturn's total

infancy and placement in the 4th gives a depressive tendency to his

state of mind that he probably will seek to escape during this

subperiod.

 

The combined impacts of transit L8 MMP Moon and transit Rahu on

Kiefer's subperiod lord's 3rd house MEP led to too much drinking and a

subsequent DUI arrest at 01:35am on September 25th.

 

The same afflictions of the Moon and Ketu to the 9th house MEP,

signifying justice/courts (where his subperiod lord is located in

transit) brought the arrest.

However, his twin sister Rachel who was born at 9:03 was said to be

born 7 minutes earlier thus giving Kiefer an actual birth time of

9:10am. Both L11 Venus and L5 Mars at 15 degrees and his

phenomenal success suggest that the 09:10 / 15 degree ascendant is

correct.
