What is absolutely fascinating is that the timing of this litigation

comes as his 6th lord Mercury, signifying disputes and litigations, is

EXACTLY upon its own 6th house MEP aspecting the 12th house.

 

Looking at the D-6, we can see the indications for all 6th house

matters including litigation; though it is usually used for health.

 

Interestingly, the D-6 lagna lord is Mercury, which is the 6th house

ruler in the Rasi/D-1. We see that in the D-6 Mercury has gone to the

12th house of losses. This doesn't bode well for his litigation.

 

Both Venus and Saturn are in the 1st house of the D-6. Saturn is the

6th lord of the D-6 and is in the ascendant showing his strong

argumentative nature which is also seen in the Rasi with 6th lord

Mercury afflicting the 7th house MEP of others and partners as well as

aspecting his 1st house showing his caustic and argumentative nature

and interviewing style.

 

The D-6 lord of the 8th house of obstructions, Mars, is in the 3rd

house of initiatives indicating that his litigations will be

obstructed or blocked. Note all that this same Mars aspects the 6th

house of litigation, the 9th of good fortune and the 10th of career

each indicating that his career oriented litigation will be greatly

delayed/obstructed and have and overall negative impact.

 

Jupiter is the subperiod lord and in the D-6 aspects the 1st house of

self from the 7th showing his state of mind (Jupiter is the 4th lord)

regarding his long-term partnership agreements (conjunct 7th house)

and how they relate to his income (aspects 11th house) and his

initiatives (aspects 3rd house) to regain what he feels he lost.

 

I think the timing of this is a combination of Mercury crossing the

6th house MEP bringing the dispute to a head. Secondarily, we see that

transit Venus is applying to close conjunction with natal subperiod

lord Jupiter highlighting their connection in the D-6 where they

mutually aspect each other. Finally, note that natal Saturn is

aspecting transit Mercury and resides in Mercury's Virgo 1st house of

the D-6.

 

My read from this is that this case isn't going anywhere fast. He was

making $6 million a year as a talking head reading a teleprompter.

Granted he's a qualified interviewer and political researcher but $70

million? I don't think so...
