Guest guest
Dear Dadhi, I do not have much time to go into too much detail, but I think u are making some confusion. Ra does not become SD when it conjoins any planet, nor does Rahu become SD to the navamsa lord. That law is for planets. Ra becomes SD to sign lord and nak lord. Cheers !!! I can tell only from my experience. In this (or similar) case I would consider both, but would give more weight to the fact that Ra functions as Me, specially when I want to see timings of events. > 2.What if rahu is in nakshtra of Rahu itself? There could be some planets in the nakshatra of Rahu ie. let say that Sun is in the nakshatra of Rahu in Libra; so, some planets could be in Gemini or Aq, in nakshatra of Rahu. And, some planets could be together with Rahu in above Rashis or Ra could be in D-9, in Rashi of some planet and be samdharmi. all the best, Dadhi Get the toolbar and be alerted to new email wherever you're surfing. Guest guest
Dear Dadhi and Ritish, Here is sm extracts from Ash's site regarding Rahu-Ketu.. " Rahu and Ketu gives the result for the sign/ constilation they are situated. Again if they are situated in house D or E, means they are situated in the sign of the lord of D or E. So they can give the result of the house B. For Example suppose Rahu is situated in say 4th house. it is house D for 7th house. If we are considering for marriage, then Rahu can give the result. Suppose in fourth house Arises sign is there. and Rahu is in say 15 degrees, so in the constellation of Venus. So this Rahu will give the result for Mars and Venus. If we are searching for the result of such house where Mars or Venus is having it's sight on the house A,Bor C, then Such Rahu will give the result for those houses also. " Regards Anup Dadhi <Dadhi wrote: Dear Ritish, > 1 If Rahu is in in sign of Moon and Nakshatra of Mercury in eleventh > house > now Rahu will be like moon and mercury both. But if moon has 4 points > and Mercury has 5 points in 11th house in SAV chart.Should we take > Mercury > representing rahu ONLY and NOT moon, due to more power in 11th house > in SAV chart? Thanks Ash for this correction. I thought otherwise, maybe due to some letters by Krushnaji in 2002. were he talked about strong influence of Ra/Ke on planets conjoined with. all the best, Dadhi
Guest guest
Dear Dadhi, Yes, that was in a different context. That was not regarding samdharmiship. In that mail, if memory serves me right, Krushaji talked of Ra with Ju and for that the name given in VA is Chandal Yog or Ra with Ma tends to destroy or Ra with Moon can make one obsessive or made after his aims etc depending on many factors, so in short, Rahu will change the property of the planet it associates with but its not for Samdharmi for timing of event. That will be more for quality. That can be read from any VA book. For timing of event, Ra is SD to Sign lord and Nak lord which I am sure u know all that..... So don't confuse the two topics. They are different. One is in reference to changing the property of the planet that Ra conjoins so quality and the other is for finding the samdharmi for timing of event. Hope that helps clear up the confusion. Cheers !!!
