Respected Sir,

 

When a planet is either in the begining degrees or ending degrees of a

house/sign is it appropriate to consider its impact as being more in

the previous or the next house to its tenancy depending on the MEP ?

 

For instance if Ketu is at 1:35 in the second house and the ascending

degree is 22 then its influence would be more on the 1st house than

the second ?

 

In such a case would it have little or no impact on the second house ?

 

Similarly if a planet is in old age at say 29 degrees in the 7th house

& with the same asc deg as above then is it right to assume that it

would behave more like an 8th house planet or rather its impact would

be more in the 8th house ?

MEP OF THE PREVIOUS/NEXT HOUSE - YES.

 

For instance if Ketu is at 1:35 in the second house and the ascending

degree is 22 then its influence would be more on the 1st house than

NO. IT WILLNOT HAVE ANY IMPACT ON THE FIRST HOUSE.

 

In such a case would it have little or no impact on the second house ?

 

LITTLE IMPACT DURING TRANSIT.
