Guest guest
Hi Matt and List Members, What a wonderful opportunity to comment on the chart of this remarkable athelete. I'll just bring out a couple of highlights. Roger has all of his benefics, except Venus, within five degrees of the MEPs giving strength to many areas of his life. In particular, the 6th house is aspected by four planets including the strong and competitive Mars, allowing him to vanquish his enemies on the court. That same Mars gives him powerful willpower, good fortune (L9), good status (H2), sound knowledge of the game (H5), and bountiful income (H11). He dominated the U.S. Open last week while under in the influence of strong transiting Sun (L1), Jupiter (L5), and Mars. One of his achilles heel, so to speak, is a Saturn debilitated in Navamsa, further weakend by its dispositor, and afflicted by Ketu from the 6H thus making him vulnerable to bone injuries and difficult partnerships. Ironically, he is currently experiencing the last year of his Saturn main period. Another weak planet, Mercury, combust with a weak dispositor and poorly placed in the house of losses, begins his main period next January. His judgement and status (L2) will then be more susceptible to transit afflictions and his reign at the top will falter. Warm regards, Shayn Matt <hunt4genestocks Tuesday, September 11, 2007 6:45:55 AM Federer wins US Open for 12th Grand Slam Hello SATVA list, If there are any tennis fans out there I thought they might be interested in Roger Federer's chart. Guest guest
Dearest Shayn, Thanks for your analysis. I'm on the same page as you and your analysis is spot on. I was curious about the Mercury dasa too coming up early next year and had the same suspicions that his reign might come to an end. The Mercury dasa lasts until 2022 at which time he'd be 41 yoa and must tennis pros start consider retiring long before then. So, it wouldn't be a prediction to indicate an end/loss of his career during this dasa. However looking to the bhuktis: From the Mercury subperiod of Jan 2008 - June 2010 there would be indications of loss of status (2nd lord Mercury goes to 12th of losses). The subsequent Ketu subperiod might indicate an injury. In his Rasi the 12L Moon is in the 3rd though unafflicting. In the D-6 Dashamsha health chart, Cancer rises and the Moon goes to the third. The 8L of the D-6, Saturn, aspects the Moon in the 3rd too. This seems to put a strong emphasis on his arm (3H) and probably indicates a sprain or tendinitis. Interestingly, one year from now transit Ketu will be in his 12th house and afflicting his Sun and bhukti lord Mercury conjunction. Even more fascinating is that there is a transit stellium in his 2nd house all being closely afflicted by transit Rahu from the 6th house. Rahu indicates swelling and growths. The transit nodal impacts on the general significator for the 3rd house, Mercury, combined with the D-6 chart analysis indicates which focuses on the 3rd house Moon, and fluids, shows that he will develop a serious condition of swelling/tendinitis in his right arm leading to his loss of winning stature. So, the stars don't show another US Open win for Roger next year though, regardless, his reign at the top has been long enough and his exemplary play is so incredible that his place in tennis history is already assured should he retire today. Guest guest
Hello Dear Matt, Thanks for drawing attention to the D-charts especially the D-6. During his Me/Me period, the divisional chart of general fortune will be in focus because of Mercury's rulership. Rahu's occupation of the first house of that chart promises to present challenges. Look for Mercury's transit strength and natal/transit afflictions to further complicate matters. You mentioned the nodal afflictions next year and, sure enough, they are stationary within 2-3 degrees of his lagnesh, Sun, from July to September. Ouch! He will definitely feel the pressure during Wimbledon and the U.S. Open. This was fun, Matt. Thanks again! Warm regards, Shayn Matt <hunt4genestocks Friday, September 14, 2007 9:14:29 AM Re: Federer wins US Open for 12th Grand Slam Dearest Shayn, Thanks for your analysis.
