Ascendent is Aries - 28.09 i.e. MEP also 28.09 RAHU afflicts h12, h8, h6 & h04. KETU afflicts h06, h02, h12 & h10. At the time of birth this child was under planetary periods of Main- SUN Sub Period - RAHU. & KETU also afflicts MOON closely. The fourth house is afflicted and the Moon is placed in an afflicted house. The exaltation of the Moon slightly betters its position. As per SA RAHU - KETU axis is in PISCES - VIRGO but as per our ancient calcuations RAHU - KETU axis is in ARIES - LIBRA. Have mentioned this reason at your websites 'www.yournetastrologer'? I feel this could be very confusing for inexperienced / novice. Even myself thinks why this occurs?
