Close influence of strong FB planet

Hi Professor,

 

In the book Self Learning Course in Astrology, pg 13, it is stated

that strong planet can increase in strength if

 

a) it is under the close influence of the strong functional benefic

planets.

 

In the same way can weak planet reduce its weakness under the

influence stated above (a).

 

In example, in reference chart:

Mar 21, 2008, 2:00 AM Zone: 8 DST:0 Longitude: 100E28 Latitude: 5N17

 

When a strong FB, Jupiter, placed in its own mooltrikona sign is

EXACTLY aspecting (thru 9th hse aspect) MMP Moon which are

debilitated in Navamsha.

 

1) MMP Moon debilitated in Navamsa makes it weak and more harmful.

a) Will the influence of strong Jupiter reduces the weakness?

b) Will the influence of strong Jupiter reduces the maleficness of

MMP?

 

Or influence of strong FB only matters when the planet that receives

the aspect is strong in the first place.
