When electing muhurta for a yagya where the yagya is held in India

for someone residing outside of India.

 

Which location is used for muhurta calculation in this case. Is it

the place where he lives or the place where the yagya is performed.

 

Situation2

When electing muhurta for creating a domain name for online busines

where the domain name points to a webhosting server located

somewhere outside his country.

 

Which location is used in selecting the muhurta in this case. Is it

the place where he lives or the place where the webhosting server

resides?
