conjunction of malefic and benefic

When in a natal chart,a strong malefic planet forms close conjunction

with a weak benefic in a non dustana house, does the significations

of the house of placement of the benefic planet in the natal

chart suffer too?

 

For example , Pisces ascendant. malefic saturn forms close

conjunction with weak jupiter in 11 house away from MEP ,besides the

significations of the mooltrikona house and general

sigifications of JUPITER suffering,will the significations of

the house 11 suffer ?

 

Prof,I am asking this question cos above example strong malefic

saturn being away from MEP OF 11 house will positively affect this

house in contrast to negative influence of weak afflicted jupiter.
