If the time given is accurate, then even they try for another issue it will be a girl. So better stop with 2 daughters. In his chart shows only girls. To explain why in the Divisional char D-7 ascendent is in Aquarius(Kumba), first issue is 5h is Ge(Lord is Me) moved to Cancer(Lord is moon) so a very beautiful and youthful looking girl. 2nd issue is 7H(Lord Sun) moved to Cap(Lord is Sa), this girl will be tomboy. And this crossed the Rahu (graha) which stops the issues. So 2 issues only. If they try for another it will be a girl. This is my analysis (hope I have not hurt anybody's feeling). Though the planets need strength in both cases, your wife needs to wear a ruby and a yellow sapphire besides doing propitiatory remedies for Rahu, Ketu, Mars and Venus.
