Birth details are :- TOB : 02:47 AM, Time Zone : 05:30 hr , DST : 0 , DOB : 9th March 1969 POB : Gaya ( 85 E 01 , 24 N 48 ) He is working in a private nursing home on percentage practice basis. The individual is all the time having feeling of insecurity / fear due to fluctuating / instable practice inspite of the fact that yearly average is very much satisfactory. Mental fear and sense of insecurity still disturbs the peace of mind. The fact that he has 3 years experience now,the practice should remain constant and / or increase but there is downward trend many a times. Please advice remedial measures to restore constant peace of mind and constant income. You are correct about the Sun on the MEP of the house where the prime determinant of career that has caused him to be a physician. The short answer to the original question, without as much details the Professor has included, is the affliction to the 5H ruling emotional stability by the Moon. from 11H ruling income. We can see directly, this native is worried about income and afraid to be bold (also seen in part through the badly placed Mars and affliction to its MEP). Another thing - anyone today can become a physician. I don't know how it is in some parts of the world, but here in North America, things are changing. As usual, your insights are always helpful and educational. Given the weakness of all of the planets in the chart, it is almost surprising that one could become a physician with this chart. Would the placement of Sun on the MEP of the third house of self initiatives and mental development and its aspect on the ninth house of dharma contribute to his becoming a physician? With Jupiter in his tenth house, perhaps he should consider a teaching assignment in his profession as well.... I am sure the remedial measures will bring some very good relief this this physician.
