Saturn's functional nature, Rahu's closeness to MEP of the house, significator of spouse, additional prime determinant of marriage, if any, and the strength of the house/its lord is to be collectively examined. As per Rahu it more 80% sure if it affects 7th house then it delays & might deny marriage. About saturn it will depend on functional nature of the planet.
