Placed below is the chart of the son of a colleague who was with me in the IAF. The young man has reached marriagable age and is doing very well professionally, as indicated by his chart. He resigned a well-paying job in Microsoft to do a Masters degree at Stanford. Even at his young age he has recently been made one of the Directors in his IT company in San Francisco. This is one of the best charts I have seen in a long time and indicates excellent professional success. The chart of a prospective bride for this young lad is placed further below. She is also working in the San Francisco Bay Area in the IT field. Her chart is not as strong but I suppose one can't expect all charts to be outstanding. She is a Taurus lagna. Of the 5 FMs, only Mars afflicts the MEP of the 6th house. By aspect, the 9th, 12th and lagna also get afflicted. My questions are: 1. What will be the effect of FM Mars, lord of the 12th house placed in the 6th house and close to the MEP? 2. Will this girl be a suitable match for this boy? Since the Sun is quite strong in the chart of the proposed bride and there is no close affliction to the second and fourth houses the marriage is likely to work happilly.
