functional malefic and debilitated planets

I am a beginner in SA and wanted to have few clarifications. It would be

very nice of you to kindly find some time to reply to my following queries.

 

1. Will the mahadasha/antardasha of functional malefic planets or a

debilitated planet always be bad for a native?

2. What may be the specific astral combinations which reduces the affect of

functional malefic planets or a debilitated planet?

DEBILITATED PLANET IS WEAK. IT FAILS TO PROTECT AND PROMOTE ITS

SIGNIFICATIONS AND IT IS VULNERABLE TO DAMAGES WHEN AFFLICTED IN NATAL OR

TRANSIT CHART.
