JUDGING A HOROSCOPE FOR CHILDREN / PROGENY

Hi,

 

I was told by few astrolgers in the past that I will have a son if I

try in Sun Mahadasha. otherwise I will have a daughter as my first

child.

 

I had my first child , daughter in my Moon's Mahadasha on Mar13 2006

 

I was reading your articles about judging horoscopes for children, I

am not able to figure what part of my chart indicates birth of a

female.

Can somebody explain me? and

Can somebody predict how many sons and daughters I will have in

future and in which dasha/mahadasha?

The prime determinants for male progeny in your chart Venus and the Moon and

the significators Jupiter and the Sun are all weak. Without strengthening

the weak planets the male progeny is difficult. A male child can be possible

in the sub period of Jupiter with the help of astral remedies.

When the planets are strong as many children can be born as are desired by

the person.

 

When the planets are weak the birth of children may be limited. It is an

assessment considering the operating planetary periods, strength of the

fifth lord, planets placed in the fifth and influences on the fifth house.

and what gender.

 

So in Shardul's case, does the following account for the three children?

 

1) the close aspect to 5H MEP by LO5 Venus

2) the close aspect to 5H MEP by the Sun

3) Ju-Me aspect with Me in H5

 

LO2 Mo in MTH of Ju close to the MEP (making Mo MD or AD significant for

progeny). Correct?

 

Is the Ma-H5 MEP significant for this analysis?

Dear Choudhary Ji,

 

Do we look at natal and D7 charts in SA? And also consider Shadbala

for planets in SA?

based on ancient methods..I would have analyzed this as follows :

Pls guide me on how to derive this SA.

 

Birth of a girl as first child can be predicted because in D7 chart,

5th house Lord (Venus) in Virgo(6),

which is in even sign and debilated. We have Rahu with Venus in 4th

house. So girl was born in Moon-Rahu period.

 

For 2nd child, 7th house lord Jupiter is in 12th house Taurus which

is even sign.

This house has aspect from Jupiter, Mars, Saturn.

1st Rule - Even sign indicates female.

2nd Rule - Based on planets aspecting/positioned in 12th house ,

Jupiter/Mars indicates male.

 

Does that mean, native will be blessed with Male as 2nd Rule

overrides 1st?

Timing of birth? Will it be in Subperiod of Jupiter or Mars or Saturn?

 

2/ For 3rd child, 9th house lord Saturn is in 6th house which is even

sign, aspected by Jupiter.

So Rule 1 says female

Rule 2 says male

So it will be male child in corresponding subperiods or proper aspect

on 7TH HOUSE?

 

3/ 5th house lord Venus is debilated in 4th house.

7th and 9th house lords (Jupiter & Saturn resp) are in dusthanas (in

D7 chart).

Does all these indicate any kind of problems with all 3 children?

and native is advised to stop after 1 child?

I have few doubts

LO2 Mo in MTH of Ju : I am assuming MTH is mooltrikona House. What is

MD or AD?

Ma-H5 MEP : Is this the indicator for 4th child?

How to decide the Order of Children? Is it based on degrees?

So in our case venus indicates girl first?

Mars indicates second child boy?

Sun indicates third child boy?

Mercury indicates fourth child boy?

Do we look into D7 or Shadbala for Progeny?
