So many paths that wind and wind,

While just the art of being kind

Dear Sally,

That is also a GREAT TRUTH.

KINDNESS follows CONTENTMENT.

CONTENTMENT is the greatest asset we can have in our lives.

It can be gained through MEDITATION and RIGHT ACTION.

Best wishes,

Jorge

Hello Jorge,

Yes to be sure you are correct. I had to think about it. Meditation

allows us to access the deepest part of ourselves quickly. It can uncover

discontent, which may deter some. Once past the discomfort, it's worth the

persistence to persevere.

Aloha,

Sally

Dear Sally,

Yes, it may happen some stress release in the beginning, but afterwards it

allows you to live in pure bliss. It is worthwhile to give it a sincere

try...

Best wishes,

Jorge
