I have come across a chart of lady who is very poor economically and with hard effort have completed her post graduation. I find her chart great with planets in good positions and in reasonable strength. Can you give me a just a general opinion on the chart, how much she will achieve in life. Once my astrologer friend here told me that even beggars can gave great horoscopes ?
