Guest guest
Dear RMS, Yes it can in theory, especially when both planets align along along natal MEP 12. There may well be significant problems at the workplace during the said time as both transit Sun and transit Jupiter will be very weak and under serious affliction. The sub-period of FM Ketu is running as well, who is causing significant afflictions in the chart. Significant events are caused more by the slower-moving planets Jupiter and Saturn than by the faster-moving planets Sun, Mercury, Venus, etc. 4th lord Saturn will be right at 0 degrees Leo and isn't causing any close influence on the planets you've mentioned. However, the utter weakness of the transit 4th lord can also contribute to a foreign trip, as the connection to one's homeland becomes very weak.
