Guest guest
Dear Margarita - I went through your mail for this event and I must say you went into the most tiny details. I was not aware that I should look at the 3th from the 9th. This of course is house A for the event and its lord plays a major role. I thought more of the 8th then (being the 12th from the 9th) for "end of the father". I'm curious to know what Krushna says, I hope he hasn't caught a virus (in his computer) again I was just using using different focuses from the point of the father to see if perhaps the chart could be seen at various angles that would link to his passing. I"m not sure either if Krushna would tend to do this himself or just use the main focus like you or Sanjay did. We still have to establish rules for these sorts of things yet, I think. I wish Krushna would come back soon too! We could sure use him right about now. In the meantime, I want you to know that I really do appreciate the time and effort you put into this, along with Sanjay. I will continue to study the lessons and pick out another event to compare between the both charts and continue to compare your results with what I come up with. I have a great deal of respect for your opinion (and Sanjay's), as I can tell how much work you put into this system in order to learn it. In your other email you say, "With Aquarius Ascendant, I find that events fit better even if Im not always sure to have chosen the right planets." I think perhaps what you were trying to refer to here was the reference as to which correct houses to use as the focal point for the event, moreso than the right planets, which you chose just fine. ) In the meantime, anyone else out there willing to give it their best shot, now is as good a time as any to apply this. If nothing else it will help you learn. Thanks again! Donna
Guest guest
..Dear Margarita - Thanks for your kind word. I found this study very interesting. Going through Sanjay's mail I think I agree with him on the fact that using only one house for an event will prevent mixing things up (making soup !). Yes, I realize I expressed myself wrongly by speaking of chosing planets, of course, it's houses and their lords. Well, I hope you enjoy your study, and I'm also looking foreward to somebody else' comments. Tell us about yourself in the meantime. I'm curious. How long have you been an astrologer? I admire your discipline with this system. You use your head, you have a fine sense of logic, and you have a talent for zooming in on the essentials quickly. Thanks - Donna

Guest guest
Hello Donna, I started studying western astrology in 1984 because my children were growing up and I had much time for myself. I quickly realized that the sky didn't look like the ephemeris. We were in Niger at that time, a country between Nigeria and Algeria were the skies are very dark and the stars clear. So I tried to find a solution for my problem and discovered that there existed a sidereal astrology, so I switched gladly and once I visited a bookshop in London and bought a lot of books on Vedic astrology. I always studied on my own, never had a "guru". On the one hand this makes learning slow, on the other hand there is no influence from an outer source that can bend the mind in one way or another. But I am always ready and eager to find out about other astrologers and what they preach. I came to the conclusion that they are like medical doctors 2 or 3 % are reliable the rest is perhaps very sure about themselves but worthless. Many books written on the sujetc is just a waste of paper (that's my opinion). I'm not a professional astrologer; it's more a hobby or a "religion" ?? but I work a lot for youngsters having problems with their parents and vice versa, also for political people, diplomats, etc (through professional contacts of my husband who is a diplomat but retired recently)I charge those people who can easily afford it but give it to charities, buy a new software program or something similar because I don't need the money myself. You say I have a lot of discipline, well perhaps yes, in certain domains; I think this is because of the way I had to organize sometimes the most impossible things, so probably in that way I got some practice !! Well, that's my "astrological picture" Best regards Margarita - DQuinn12 Thursday, September 27, 2001 1:00 AM Re: death of father ..Dear Margarita - Thanks for your kind word. Guest guest
Dear Professor and list. Please consider the chart of a male born December 26, 1923 at 5:57am, Zone 5 EST, Toronto, Canada, 79W23, 43N39. He was hospitalized August 15 for fluid retention in his body. He experienced kidney failure and died at 6:30pm, EDT in Toronto, August 18. His entire family (wife, sons and grandchildren) were at his side when he passed. His wife was born December 27, 1923, but I do not have a birth time. His sons were born October 12, 1948 at 5:11pm Zone 5 EST and July 14, 1957 at 11:50am Zone 4 EDT, both in Toronto, Canada. I cannot seem to find any transits in these charts that would indicate 1)the possibility of death for the father and 2)the strain one would expect for the sons. In fact, all three charts seem rather uneventful, even positive to some extent. The family said, however, it was a " blessing " he did not suffer very much and went quickly with his loving family by his side. Any insights into this would be greatly appreciated. All birth times are from birth records. With my best wishes, Chuck
Guest guest
Hello dear Mr. Chuck, In the chart of one of the son's (14 July 1957) Rahu-Ketu axis afflicts his natal Jupiter L4 while in other case (12 Oct 48) his natal Sun is under the close affliction of transit Saturn.. Guest guest
Hello dear Mr. Chuck, His health problems must be coming from the sub period of the Sun and current transit influences. His natal Mercury was under the stationary influence of transit Ketu and transit Jupiter came under the impact of natal Mars in the twelfth house. Best wishes, - " wakefieldvedic " <radiopro55 Thursday, August 24, 2006 11:22 PM Re: Death of Father >.> >Dear Professor. Thank you for your reply.
