His name is John Mark Karr and is 41, which means he was 31 at the time of the murder. I believe the news said he confessed, and he was a 2nd grade teacher and alleged pedophile. He was arrested in Thailand, and there will be a news conference tomorrow. I remember the excessive news coverage of the event, and the cloud of suspicion that surrounded the parents, and especially the mother, who recently died, on June 24, 2006 of ovarian cancer. She died of cancer recently and was a former beauty pageant winner. Cancer Asc. may work, with the Moon-Venus conjunction. In the mother's chart, if Cancer ( trying around 7:40pm) she would have been in Venus/Venus when she won the Miss West Virginia pageant in 1977, and in Venus/Ketu around 1993 when she was first diagnosed with cancer. But of course, I am sure there are many other possibilities. The data I found for the father listed the birth place in Lincoln, Nebraska (96W40,40N48)(found on line but not authenticated), which with the time you provided gave an ascendant degree of 16.55, placing the nodes within 2 degrees of meps and more problematic. His wife passed on June 24, 2006 at 3:30am (Atlanta?), and 7th lord Saturn was in the 12th exactly conjunct natal Rahu, transit Moon afflicting natal Mars and Sun, and transit Venus and Mercury afflicted by transit Rahu/Ketu, with Mars and Mercury also in 12th. It would have been harder to predict the JonBenet event, he was in Mar-Venus-Ketu with Venus strong natally, though Mar's house mep was afflicted by Ketu. Transit Venus was afflicted by natal Rahu, and transit Saturn was afflicted by Rahu/Ketu plus transit Jupiter was very weak. The day she was born, Rahu/Ketu axis was within 2 degrees of his natal Rahu/Ketu axis, and Moon was exact on natal Ketu. Difficulties in domestic and married life come from the nodal influences on MEP 2, 4, 6, 8, and 12. L12 Moon in the 8th and L7 Saturn's utter weakness contribute as well. He must have incurred enormous legal fees over the couse of the ordeal-- the afflictions to the 6th house give us a good indication here. Though you don't count transits in the divisional charts, Venus was afflicted in Scorpio at the time of the event. Thanks for the father's info and the chart analysis, I am sure you are right about the legal fees, he has certainly been through an enormous strain, and a lot of it in the afflicting Rahu dasa. The very strong points in his chart that you mentioned certainly helped him pull through. I noticed in his chart when the news was announced yesterday, he was in Rahu/Mer/Ven/Jup, and better transits then when his wife died on June 24th, with Saturn no longer on natal Rahu, transit Mercury in 12 within 4 degrees of transit Venus (though conjunct natal Rahu), transit Venus not as afflicted as on June 24th, Jupiter still near mep of 3, and Mars out of the house of debillitation and away from natal Rahu and at 21 degrees Leo exactly aspecting his natal Sun. It would have been harder to predict the JonBenet event, he was in Mar-Venus-Ketu with Venus strong natally, though Mar's house mep was afflicted by Ketu. Transit Venus was afflicted by natal Rahu, and transit Saturn was afflicted by Rahu/Ketu plus transit Jupiter was very weak. The day she was born, Rahu/Ketu axis was within 2 degrees of his natal Rahu/Ketu axis, and Moon was exact on natal Ketu.
