The native (Male) was born on 26-Jul-1968, According to his birth certificate the time is 15:50. Place: Maubin (Longitude 95 E 39, Latitude 16 N 44, TZ: 6:30) The fact about native are: (1) The native is a post-graduate Engineer and blessed with a good lovely healthy son. (2) He is relatively short in stature (about 5'5 " and 130 lb) and with prominent eyebow and good personality. (3) He is currently working abroad. (4) His mother has no sibling and her father (native's grand father) was passed away when she was only 11 year old. And his mother was adopted by her aunt since. (5) His father is the second youngest (8 in the 10 siblings) in his family and father (native's grand father) was passed away in his early age. Hence, the native did not have chance to see any of his grandfathers (both side from mother and father) (6) The native has 3 younger siblings and all of them are males. (3 of them are well-educated) (7) The parents of native are still alive and in good health so far. When I tried to input his data in Junior Jyotish with 15:50. The Lagna is Scorpio 29:33 and when I tried to rectify with Kepler for his marriage date (15 Nov 1998) and Son birth day (23 Dec 1999), the highest score is obtained at 16:00. This means his lagna is Sagittarius 1:50. Please guide me to get his actual lagna. I am just start learning in basic System Approach. With Thanks and appreciation. This may create stress in professional and relationship matters. If that is so then the Sagittarius can be the right ascendant with the 1deg & 50 minutes.
