Around 17th July the degree is 6, however only for a week, which I think will cause less harm. Also watch out the combustion cycle of Mercury this year: it will be on and off very frequently. Mars shall be in its debil sign during the whole month of June, until July 12th. September and November shall be the thoughest months because of the combustion of Mars, Mer, Jup and Ven at the same time. I hope our Professor shall warn us on what to expect. Best wishes. Besides the nodal afflictions there are multiple afflictions changing from time to time with things being also very intense in the middle of November, 2006. Astral remedies are expected to help. As I see it, though Mars is in its own MT sign but its aspect on the Moon in the natal chart is significant and therefore its sub period would be kind of " tragic " . Am I right ?
