Dear Sri VyasMunidas,

Namasthe.The abbreviations:A,K,D and M, stand for the following Purusharthas in

a Hindu Society-originally, that is:

A-Artha-the Hs:IIH, VIH, and the XH-Vocational Hs;

K-Kama-the Spheres of the IIIH, VIIH and the XIH;

D-Dharma Hs-IH, VH and the IXH;

M-Moksha Hs-IVH, VIIIH and the XIIH.D and M are Spiritual spheres, while A and K

are spheres in which a greater part of Humanity is travelling in the present

Age.This is the reason, Prof.Choudhry, developed the SA, for the spheres of

Artha and Kama.Kama would mean, family life, enjoyment, comforts and

luxuries,pleasure seeking.Kama is again the Hs of desire and its fulfillment,

but the IIIH and the XIH, carry the " Will-Power " of the Divine Mother-which is

so necessary for achievement.Without the thrust of this will power, no

achievement is possible.Hence, the appelation, " Kama " should not mislead

us.There are two pictures in my Power-Point Presentation, which throw light on

these four spheres of Life:A,K,D and M.One picture for ancient Hindu Society,

another for contemporary Society.

Thanks also for your kind words.

Best Regards

Sankara
