The 9th house and the 3rd house are non- MT signs, the orb of affliction is 5 degrees. May I consider this situation as simply afflicted houses? If so, May I quantify the affliction as only 10% which is minimal? Incidentally the 3rd house is Taurus which is the constellation of Venus, Non-MT sign. Please give me your guidance. But now this natal Venus is under the close stationary transit affliction of Rahu.
