First person is very friendly, intelligent and has many virtues (like a good sports player) and an excellent dominating personality. His details are 17 Oct 1981 00:55 (rat mein) Khargaun ( indore) The other person, is the Gold Medalist in his undergrad institute and currently working in MNC. His details are 16 April 1982 11:35 (day) Hathgam (Fatehpur). I am not sure but i think the second person will easliy become an IAS officer as he has exalted Sun in rasi and in navmasa in 10th hosue. But then he has 'Kemdrum Yoga'. His mars is aspecting 10th house. The first person, his sun is too old. His venus and moon are very beautifully placed. His mars is in infancy. Jupiter is in old age.
