I am asking this question since I am wondering about my own case. I have been wearing Kavach since 2001. And, lately, I have been feeling chest pains. They could be heart related or could be just muscle related. I guess, transit rahu on transit Saturn (my 4th lord) and transit Mars in 6th close to MEP are two reasons for this discomfort. Your reading of current transit afflictions to transit is right. It is prolonged one and constant care is required to meet this transit challenge upto middle of next year. Just another factor for the discomfort. I am doing remedies for FMs as per your suggestions some years ago.
