The native, whose data are as follows, suffers from “migraine”. Her body is a little bit oversize. She has weak sight and light brown hair. Her eyes are green-brown. She works in a branch of a retubale international bank as front-desk customer services representative. She is a graduate of a 2-year certificate program in hotel management. She attends on-line certificate program in business administration. Her family wealth is moderate, living by her parents. Not very high income level. I couldn’t decide on her ascending sign, because her TOB is within a range of 1 hour. She is either a scorpio or a sagg. Both charts give “weak sight” situation. For Females Moon rules the right eye. Affliction to Moon affects father because sun is also debilitated. Venus afflicts the 11th. lord of gains and elder siblings because Jupiter is afflicted. Saturn the 4th. lord is in extreme infancy and Moon is afflicted , so mother is affected. 6th. lord Mars is weak. Basic education is affected because of the weakness of saturn, Moon and Mercury. Therefore Scorpio Asc is correct for both 9.10AM and 10.10AM. If analyse the chart, you will see most of the facts given by you falls into place including her education and profession. Unfortunately there many afflictions to houses and majority of planets, two are in infancy and hence weak. For Migraine look for Sun's affliction. I have the correct data that in the year 1979, , TZ for Turkey was set as -3, lasted until 1983, as a measure taken by government as a Turkish Local Time adjustment. In summer 1983, between Aug. 1st and 2nd Oct., there was an additional 1 hour summer time adjustment. As of Nov. 1984, the Turkish government set TZ back to its previous original zone as -2. Since this is not a common data for everyone, I had adjusted TOB and TZ for the group for avoiding confusions in my previous posts. The true unadjusted original birth data for this person are as follows: Nov. 8, 1979; dst=0; TZ= -3 TOB= 10h10 a.m. - 11h10 a.m. TOB 11h10 a.m. gives sagg. ascendant. I hope this clarifies the ambiguity. By the way, I am using JJ software. Maybe other softwares could give slightly different results. Best wishes.
