Can in case of scorpio asc, saturn placed in fourth house in its MT sign will give a good opporunity to native to rise in life. saturn aspects closely tenth house and asc. Only rahu placed in eigth house is having melefic aspect on it in natal chart. Saturn has provided all good things during its maha dasa.Rahu's aspect will create obstructions. The lord of the tenth house Sun is badly placed and afflicted. So, there is no comparison of this Saturn with the Saturn of AB.
