Guest guest
Prof ji: An interesting situation calls for your guidance in partnership / real estate analysis. A husband wife couple formed a partnership in Jan 2003 to invest in real estate. Investments were made since 2003 with another group of 3 partners. Over the past few years, the investments generated sub- standard / mediocre returns. Since June 2005, the 3 partners have split leading to the possibility that the couple could loose all / substantial amount. All transactions are done in wife's name. Husband is involved in some management / activities. Details of two horoscopes are: 1) Wife DOB: Jan 6, 1976 Place: 19:00 N and 72:48E Time: 12:10pm 2) Husband DOB: Dec 12, 1968 Place:19.58N, 73.50E Time: 12:25pm Planetary Positions: Lord of 7th house (partnerships) is placed in 11th house for wife and 10th house for husband. Lord of 4th (real estate) is placed in 11th for wife and 12th for husband. Transitions & Dashas: MMP for wife is Venus which is transiting 10th house. Jupiter is transiting 8th house. Wife is undergoing Saturn Dasha with Venus sub dasha. MMP for husband is Mercury which is retrograde in 10th house. Jupiter is transiting 9th house. Husband is going through Rahu Maha Dasha and Rahu Sub Dasha. Interpretation: Is it coorect to assume that wife's natal chart is stronger compared to husbands. Further, husbands Rahu mahadasha / sub dasha could be causing the disruption. Please help identify which posotions are causing this situation. Questions: (1) What is the possibility that the couple may recoup the invetsments? Will this be a total loss situation? If Rahu dasha is over riding both the horoscopes, is it fair to assume that this will be a total loss situation. (2) If the investment can be saved, what time frame will it take to recover the invetsments? Possibly after Rahu sub dash ends in 2007? (3) Will there be any legal battles - is Mars causing the agony? Does the retrograde transition cause any complications? (4)Remedial measures - how do you do a comparative analysis with 2 horoscopes and who should do what type of remedial measures? The couple is funding a orphanage and physically serving terminally ill people. Pranaam, most humbly, with sincere appreciation for your ongoing guidance, Mahendra
