Dear Professor and list:

As Rahu does not rule any sign or house, what can one expect during

the Rahu subperiod? Is it simply the affairs of the house occupied

and/or aspected by Rahu will be effected? With my best wishes, Chuck

Dear Chuck,

Rahu symbolizes deception, diplomacy and sudden obstructions,

mysterious circumstances, material desires and lust,and the energy

for it etc. It is unconventional, a liar, grand yet

lowly,suspicious,master of mind games etc.

The nodes in its subperiods will give effect depending on a large

number of factors.

1) Whether benificaly placed or maleficaly placed

2)Whether afflicting MT MEP, and how close it is afflicting the MT

and non-MT MEP.

3)The planets it is aspecting/conjunct Natally

4)House of placement Natally

5)Rahu's Transit house during its subperiod.

6)Time frame and 3T aspect during Rahu being stationary.
