Degree Planetary Aspects

Respected Members,

For a Capricorn lagna, if both Saturn and Jupiter aspect the

Ascendant, how would the native be if one of these planets aspect is

nearer the MEP than the other?

For example, if Jupiter, taking into account it is a functional

malefic is aspecting the MEP of the Ascendant, would it be correct to

say the native would be a happy go lucky, over optimistic, maybe

overweight, blond hair person?

If, on the other hand, Saturn aspects the MEP of the Ascendant, would

it be correct to say the native would be a pessimist cautious person,

also thin and of serious appearance and dark hair?

Or should the fact that the native's Ascendant being a Capricorn

overrule the aspects?

Please could you comment on this as it is of paramount importance for me.
