What happens when Rahu and Ketu are in their signs of exaltation?

For a libra ascendant, if say Rahu is in Taurus (exalted) and in the

8th house away from the mep, what would be its effect?

Similarly what is the impact of ketu in its sign of exaltation

(Scorpio) in the second house away from the mep?

How would the above placements in the natal chart be impacted during

their transit?

What are the significations of Rahu and Ketu or rather what are they

karakas for?
