Rectification in SA

Dear Professor,

Thank you for your quick reply and you have answered a question I had but forgot

to ask about the Moon chart being valid in SA. I will start checking your

website on a more regular basis.

My problem is that many times people do not know the right time of birth, so the

Ascendant degree will never be the right one, unless you do rectifcation like

you suggest in your book. I have done my ascendant rectification, but find it

hard to rectify other people's... Plus, I still do not know my correct degree

and without knowing it myself, it is not extremelly difficult to work with

concepts like Most Effective Point, which is such a helpful concept... so

sometimes when I am not sure of the right time of birth, I use the Moon chart...

I do not know my partner's time of birth at all. From Palmsitry, hand has an

apollonian shape, so Leo, but using the Arudha Lagnas, I come up with Virgo

because then Mercury would be in Sagittarius and that makes sense, so AL would

be sagittarius. Are Arudha lagnas used in the SA at all? I have tried to rectify

the time of birth using the instructions from your book, but always have so many

doubts... and rectifiication anyway looks so extremelly difficult to do... It is

a pity because I think MEP concept and others in your book seem to be very

useful concepts that would help people's lives a lot! But, withouth knowing the

exact degree, I find it extremelly difficult to use those concepts.

Kindest regards, R.

Hello Rupamede,

The Sun ruling her marital affairs is placed in the ninth house which also

rules foreign lands. You are right the significator for the marriage is

strongly placed in the chart and it is likely to be helpful when the Sun is

also strengthened.

In SA we do not use the Moon chart. All analysis are based on the

ascendant.

Aquarians (those born in the ascendant Aquarius) are having challenges in

the form of conflicts/difference in opinion and health problems as the

transit Saturn is in the sixth house. On my website I have been giving this

warning in the weekly predictions for a number of months now. Transit

Jupiter is also in the eighth house but it is likely to move to the ninth

house soon.

Best wishes,

Hello RPM,

Arudha Lagna is not used in SA. With patience and continued learning things

become easy.
