Most benefic planet

Dear Professor,

 

I read part of the first book over the weekend and was surprised to read

that for Scorpio ascendants, Saturn is the most benefic planet. Does this

mean that if strengthened, the Saturn Mahadasha which I am currently in

should be the best Mahadasha, I will go through?
