Guest guest
Dear Professor: 1. What are the primary and secondary significances of profession for Libra Asc? (Moon primary, secondary?) -Does that mean if a person with Libra asc chooses profession related to primary/secondary significators, he/she will have better chance of succeeding (given the strength of the significator) - Should a person select professions related to primary over secondary? 2. You have indicated on the website that moon relates to " professions that deal directly with the people at large " Does this include professions like selling import/export goods? Thank you Yogesh

Guest guest
Dear Professor, I have these notes from you, do they need revised? The third house lord is not mentioned. (Also 10,2,3,5,Su,Me,Ve,Ju are listed as primary significators from the astro menu program I have.) Thank you. Sally " The primary significator for professional matters is to be seen from the 10th 2nd or first hosue. THE PRIMARY DETERMINANTS The lords of the tenth and the second houses are considered as the primary determinants for analyzing professional affairs. In case there is no mooltrikona sign in both the tenth and second houses, then the lord of the first house is considered as the prime determinant. For various ascendants, the following planet(s) will become prime determinants for analyzing the professional affairs:- Aries Mars Taurus Saturn Gemini The Moon Cancer Mars and the Sun Leo Mercury Virgo Venus Libra The Moon Scorpio The Sun and Jupiter Sagittarius Mercury Capricorn Venus and Saturn Aquarius Saturn Pisces Jupiter and Mars Besides the above prime determinant planets, if the ascendant of the dasamsa, the divisional chart for analyzing the professional matters, contains a mooltrikona sign, its lord acts as an additional prime determinant. THE SECONDARY DETERMINANTS The planets placed in the tenth and second houses become secondary determinants for analyzing professional affairs. THE SUPPLEMENTARY DETERMINANTS The planets influencing the tenth and second houses or their lords by way of close aspects and/or conjunctions, act as supplementary secondary determinants for analyzing professional affairs. If the prime determinant(s) are strong, and there is no affliction to the most effective points of the houses concerned or their lords, the professional settlement of the native takes place at the appropriate time. The good strength of the Sun and Jupiter, the significators of social status, hastens the process. We also examine the position of the primary determinants in dasamsa. If the concerned planets are in their signs of debilitation in dasamsa, they are considered weak, even if they are placed strongly in the natal chart. During the sub-periods of the planets occupying their signs of debilitation in dasamsa, the native meets with obstructions, delays and setbacks in professional matters or incurs business losses. In view of this, while discussing the case studies, we have indicated the ascending sign of dasamsa and if some planet(s) is(are) in its/their signs of debilitation in dasamsa. Guest guest
Dear Professor: Thanks for clarification. I have seen sometimes that the ekadasamsha chart is much better than Dasamsha chart. In ekadasamsha planets exalted and/or strong, in dasamsha planets weak or even debilitated. What can we infer from this? Guest guest
Hello Professor, Belated Great Birthday Wishes! Thank you . So I'll add the third lord and then determine which is strongest, second, tenth, third or first. Best, Sally THE PRIMARY DETERMINANTS The lords of the tenth and the second houses are considered as the primary determinants for analyzing professional affairs. In case there is no mooltrikona sign in both the tenth and second houses, then the lord of the first house is considered as the prime determinant. For various ascendants, the following planet(s) will become prime determinants for analyzing the professional affairs:- On 9/9/05, siha <siha wrote: > > > Hello Ms Sally, > > Yes, the third house lord can be added. > > Best wishes, > > > > - > " Sally Spencer " <sally234 > > Friday, September 09, 2005 5:40 PM > Re: Professional significance > > > > Dear Professor, > > > > I have these notes from you, do they need revised?
