MALE : DOB : 20-02-1975 TIME : 6.20 AM Longitude 76 E 23 & Lattitude 18 N 44. Zone : 5:30 & DST 0 Ascendant : Capricon 27:15 Running Dasha : Rahu / Mars To my mind the period of Jupiter / Jupiter will be difficult for reasons stated below. Jupiter is a functional malefic lord of 12 house and afflicts the lord of 10th House `Venus' to the extent of 55% in the third house. Similarly Jupiter afflicts 2nd, 6th, 8th & 10th house to the extent of 42%. The lord of 2nd house `Saturn' is badly placed in the house of disputes, diseases, injuries etc. The lord of 4th house `Mars' in in old age, badly placed in the 12th house of losses/ expenses, life in foreign lands and its dispositor is in too weak however, being on the MEP of 12 house it influences 12th, 3rd, 6th & 7th house it to the extent of 82%. Kindly comment on above analysis & correct me wherever required including significant issues not dealt with. 01. Lord of 4th house in 12th , influence on 7th lord on Rahu, influence of 12th lord on 10th house and venus appears to be the reason for the native having settled at a foreign residence. 02. Jupiter will be transiting from sign virgo to sign Libra on 29-09- 2005. It appears the obstructions/losses in profession/ promotion, livelihood will surface during this period. 03. Since the 10th lord and 10th house are afflicted natally by Jupiter and 2nd lord Saturn is badly placed and weak in natal chart and problems of knee, joints and bones like arthritis etc may trigger during this sub period. 04. The matter regarding progeny seems to be difficult in this case as 2nd lord in badly placed, 10th lord is afflicted by 12th lord. Jupiter is in infancy natally and the Sun has a weak dispositor. Seventh lord moon is afflicted by Ketu, the ascendant of saptamsa is afflicted by ketu, Venus is debliated and afflicted by Sun, Jupiter & Ketu in Saptamsa . It appears that transit strength of Jupiter in Libra will be of little help as regards progenic matters and more especially when the lord on 2nd house `Saturn' (child)will be under continous affliction of Rahu in transit for a long time. 05. Due to the impact of natal planetary position as stated in point no. 1 and transit Jupiter being lord of 12th house influencing 4th house while itself placed in the sign Libra the 10th house, the chances of native returning to India are remote. Overall the chances of native returning to India forever seems to be grim. What else has to be considered to in order to answer this query. Thanks a lot for your finer clarifications and relevant corrective remarks regarding influence on 7th lord BY rahu, Moon not afflicted by Ketu and the importance to be attached to the 9th Lord. However, for my learning sake some more clarifications are sought for. In regard at pt. no.2 regarding obstructions/losses in profession/ promotion the clarification is 'SOME IMPACT'. Is it because of strength of 9th and 7th lord which neutraliess the impact of affliction of Jupiter to Venus ? Similarly with regard to pt. no.4 when it is stated that the strength of 9th lord will be bless him with progeny does it refer to the DUTIES IN LIFE or towards GRACE/LUCK/FORTUNE/DESTINY ON THE BASIS OF PAST LIVES & RESULTING HAPPINESS that shall bless the native with progeny.
