" Yesterday my boss called me up and told that I will now be leading a team of 6 people. That means a promotion in terms of responsibility, no financial increament so far. However, am trying to corelate this event to my birth chart. May be those of you who have time may take this as a case study... My birth details are: DOB: 30-Oct-1975 TOB: 1605 IST POB: Ghaziabad. I am still thinking whether this shall be taken as a promotion??? Because at the time of event (3:45 PM on 12-July-2005 at Gurgaon), only 10th lord Jupiter was out of affliction whereas it's dispositor Mercury was afflicted by Rahu and Venus in transit, 2nd lord Mars was also afflicted by Rahu. The positives were: 89% benefic aspect from transit Mars to Natal Mercury and Benefic aspects from Natal Jupiter to transit Venus, Rahu and Ketu. The oncoming sub-period of Mon-Venus also doesn't seem to be ok to me as on 29-August (the date when Venus sub-period starts), Venus will be exactly afflicted by Rahu-Ketu axis and moreover, 6th and 12th house MEP will be exactly afflicted by 6th lord Sun. Saturn will also be afflicting 2nd house, 5th house, 7th house and 11th house and also natal Saturn. Positive will be Sun being placed in its own sign (MT sign) and Mars being placed in it's MT sign out of afflictions. The question in mind as of now is, will this event be beneficial or result into more troubles in coming time? Shall I be getting a new job soon? By looking at the planetary configuration there seems to be a tough time coming soon. I am wearing an Emerald, a Yallow Saphire, a pearl and a red coral. You have identified the advantages and disadvantages of the planets and periods related to your natal chart. The promotion birthchart itself puts 10H lord, Sun, in the 8H of obstacles afflicted by 6L of disputes, Mars, which itself is afflicted by the Rahu-Ketu axis.
