Guest guest
Dear Professor and List. I would need some input from everyone please. Faith is a very important element in life and its sustainence, the free-will that we have is greatly controlled and determined by the intensity of faith we have, having faith in a person, system, religion, relationships, positivity etc is important for mind control, without fanaticism and generates actions which gives happiness. Wavering faith in anything, weakens that aspect of life, be it wavering faith in relationships or religion or system or person. Initiation of unacceptable actions and abuse of free-will are often due to a wavering faith. Faith in the healing power of gemstones, kavach are an important aspect in the healing/protective mechanism, but to what extent?, in the sense,If someone accepts astrology based on the accuracy of predictions but is skeptic about Gemstones and kavach, would the Kavach and Gemstones still be able to provide its expected level of protection as per Ascendant and natal planetary strengths?. Similarly recitation of ganesha mantra for ketu afflictions, how would it impact a person from another belief?, who recites because he just has been advised to, say like medicine which is bitter but we eat coz we know it will cure us. A lot of time people would wear or do remedies because our predctions have been right and they believe that thus our suggestions to improve will be right too, kind of a semi-belief on remedies and initiation in genearting faith. Then there are people who completly trust remedies, a lot of times as life and its matters are much beyond their control and a total trust. My overall question is, would remedies work in the absence of faith, or reduced levels of faith? and to what extent? Warm Regards Amit
