My name is Sara Mailey. I live in Iowa. My life has been full of

turmoil and chaos for quiet a while now. The last 2 months or so it

seems like my life is trying to change in full. Ive been an emotional

chaotic mess. Mood swings galore, stressed. I need guidance. I feel my
