In your chart the lagna rises at 20 deg 27' in Cancer with Capricorn navamsa.

 

UL lies in Virgo and Mercury its lord is debilitated and further aspected by Saturn & Rahu by graha drishti indicating the curse on the chart. Further it has Rasi Drishti also by both Saturn & Mars and being placed in the badhak sthana from UL indicates the inordinate delay in your marriage. Mercry happens to be Atmakaraka in the chart indicating the pain and suffering that you have to go through. Further, in D-1 Mercury is placed in 9th hosue and from Moon 9th house also has aspect of both Saturn and Mars. Hence, 9th house is badly afflicted.

 

The remedy would thus be to give strength to 9th house i.e. Mercury. For the remedy of curse, Establish an Idol of Vishnu and bathe at Setubandhu (i.e. Rameshwaram - there are 22 kundas / wells and water from there is taken out to bathe). Secondly, Fast on Wednesdays as Wednesday is ruled by Mercury. Further pray to Lord Vishnu regularly as it will not only help as a remedy for curse but as it is also the Ishta Devata in your chart and prayers to Lord Vishnu will please your Ishta Devata also. One of the ways to pray to Lord Vishnu is by reciting "Vishnu Sahastra Naamavali" everyday.

 

As to when you will get married - Moon is the mahadasha running now and Saturn who is 7th lord, its antara has started from Dec 2007. As Jupiter enters Capricorn, the 7th house in D-1 and during Moon-Sat-Rahu dasha - Feb to April 2009 - you will get married.

 

Your 7th Lord Saturn & 5th Lord Mars are joined together....seems like u vl hv luv marriage
